Amy Elizabeth is a sober woman of integrity who is indigenous to her own heart. What does this mean? She’s in recovery from dominant culture and tunes into her own tenderness to guide her. She’s highly sensitive. She’s a healing artist, a good listener, and a caring soul.
A creative woman who experiences continual transformation and healing in her own life, she’s resilient and resourceful. She’s been sober since 1994, married since 2002, and a mom since 2004.
She intertwines addictions recovery, relationship theories, and contemplative practices into what she calls, “the arc of connection.” This is an integrative, embodied, creative and holistic approach. She adapts her tools and guidance to your unique relationships.
We matter. Our relationships matter.

- “For 2 days my mind had been in a fog and my body was very tired, even though I was able to do lots of stuff. I realized suddenly that I was no longer tired, had lots of energy, and was surrounded with a healthy calm. I also realized that you personally (Amy) radiate a tremendous healing energy. We know this is, of course, Divine energy. But you (Amy) are a very rare person that brings that energy to others (and very quickly).” ~participant of Moonshot Magic workshop
