She has discovered conscious enlightenment in relationships is a mutually rewarding endeavor and wants to help you discover this in your own life, on your journey, in your own way.
A lifelong student, Amy Elizabeth is continually learning both personally and professionally. She has spent decades advocating for big compassion, relationship health, and holistic wellbeing. Her professional training includes:
- Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, 2007
- Nationally Certified Addictions Counselor, 2002

Amy Elizabeth masterfully helps people who are willing to own their responses to life. She intertwines addictions recovery, relationship theories, and contemplative practices, into an integrative and holistic coaching approach. Her practice is to mirror the brilliant sanity within each of us. Discovering the arc of connection between us is vital. Therefore, together we can recognize the sustainable supports that make life more enjoyable and rewarding.
We live in a relational paradigm.
Amy Elizabeth sees the future of power as a network of energetic exchanges and sustainable relationships. The tower of power has toppled. The old paradigm is crumbling. Hurt people hurt people.
Empowered people empower people.
We cannot do it on our own. We can, however, honor our own needs and advocate for the wellbeing of the other. It is both, and. Masculine and feminine energies need each other, regardless of the genders in the couple. We need each other in this relational paradigm. To bring our best self forward, we need each other to self-actualize. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
There is power in partnership.
She has experienced a transformation in her own life. Recovering from alcoholism, sexual trauma, racial violence, and dysfunction in dominant culture, she is resilient and resourceful. She believes there is no such thing as a low maintenance human being. Therefore, each relationship requires maintenance: energy and loving attention.
Relational health can be the ultimate reward in life.
She is infinitely curious about the story we tell ourselves and she explores this in her non-fiction writing practice. Her memoir is in the incubation stage.
Cutting through chaos of dominant culture, opening minds riddled with lack, rekindling souls starving for connection, Amy Elizabeth is a master facilitator, social pioneer, and conscious evolutionary leader.
The return on investment in self-care and relational healing is immense.
A dedicated woman of integrity. Amy Elizabeth sees her roles as wife, mother, daughter, coach, compassion activist, yogini, paddler, hula dancer, and fellow human being as an ever expanding opportunity to heal the planet, one relationship at a time.
She brings her best self forth, cultivates compassion when she is not her best, and aims to be a force for good in the world, all while cultivating joy and adventure.
